Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS whichever is chosen at the time of checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship orders the same day. Specific processing times are given in product descriptions which ranges for custom 7-14 depending on the item. Non-Custom items shipping 3-5 days. If delays occur, you will be notified.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive notification along with your tracking number. Once scanned into the USPS or UPS system we are not responsible for your item(s), that includes shipping delays and or damage caused by carrier.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any delays are avoided. If you place an order with an invalid address, we are not responsible for misguided packages. If your package has not shipped and you need to correct an address, please email kreativedesignzbyapril@gmail.com ASAP to update your address. Please understand it is the customer's responsibility to make sure Kreative Designz by April have your correct address.

If your item is lost during shipping or received damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier directly.
