Refund policy
Kreative Designz by April products are personalized per the request of our customers. We do not accept returns for personalized items, unless there is an error on behalf of Kreative Designz by April which verification of error will be required (i.e., picture or physical inspection of the item), but we will do our best to fix any issues that you have with your purchase. For items that have not been personalized, we have a 7- day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on sale items and or gift cards. Due to the health and safety of our customers and employees we cannot except returns on items such as pillowcases, blankets, and tumblers, and personal care products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. refunds will be issued as the same method of payment given if eligible.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kreativedesignzbyapril.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label only if it was an error on KDBA, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping if the accepted refund is due to your error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
